Bianca’s Biography

Bianca Tonantzin Zamora (she/her) is a nationally recognized leader in culturally responsive leadership and organizational transformation. She empowers companies and institutions to build cultures of belonging where people feel seen, valued, and empowered through her signature approach—blending arts-based facilitation, restorative dialogue, and experiential learning to create meaningful, measurable change.

At Stanford University’s School of Humanities and Sciences, Bianca led the inaugural two-year equity strategic plan, transforming culture and systems for more than 750 staff and faculty. Her organizational reach expanded as she coached executive leadership to implement Stanford’s first enterprise-wide strategic plan, impacting 10,000+ students, staff, and faculty across the university. She also developed and facilitated transformative training for managers through Stanford University’s esteemed Manager Academy, strengthening leadership capacity and advancing effective management practices campus-wide. Additionally, she has created and successfully pioneered three professional development certificate series focused on Inclusion and Organizational Changemaking in the Workplace.

Bianca designed and launched the Inclusion Staff Summer Institute, a groundbreaking professional development program uniting 50+ equity-focused leaders nationwide that achieved a 100% satisfaction score in 2025. Across her career, she has facilitated and moved audiences exceeding 25,000 people, guiding teams through organizational transformation and national staff development initiatives.

Her featured clientele include: Stride, University of South Carolina, WellDyne, Stanford University, Sonoma State University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, County of Santa Clara Office of LGBTQ Affairs, Westmoreland County Community College, Pacific Clinics, HEAP, McCarthy Building Companies, and the Center for Employment Training.

As Chief Diversity Officer for Silicon Valley PRIDE (501c3), Bianca is a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion, bringing a values-driven, human-centered lens to every partnership. A captivating speaker and published poet, she weaves strategy, storytelling, and cultural wisdom to help organizations lead with clarity, care, and collective brilliance.
